Stove inside dimensions

Dear all,

Hope is all great with you.

I will be chartering in the next few days and plan to take couple frozen dishes. Anybody would know the inside dimensions of a regular stove ? 45' monohull...

Thank you much and best regards

Re: Stove inside dimensions

Contact the people who are chartering the boat to you. They can measure for you. The problem is that oven sizes vary quite a lot among manufacturers. Generally speaking, a 9" x 13" x 2" will fit. Sometimes quite a lot larger. It's that sometimes that is the problem.

My older hillerange range has 10 by 14 racks. The full size roasting or lasagna pans are too big. I think if you stick with 10 by 14 you will be ok but verify with the charter co.

Re: Stove inside dimensions

If you stick with 9 x 13, you will probably be okay. If you try using the 10 x 14 size, it may or may not fit. I have had marine stoves the larger one will not fit. Not all marine stoves are created equal. Verify the size with the charter company or use smaller to avoid the hassle that would come if the container is too large to fit. (hungry, aggravation, etc.)

Re: Stove inside dimensions

Thank you all very much !!!!

Had 13x7 Grandma made frozen lasagna and some other Brazilian style dishes ( empadao - Portuguese ) taken to the BVIs and it was awesome, all fitted, all well baked. Most importantly awesome winds and saying with family.

Best regards and thank you for the kindness.
