Stain on the Deck

so my really smart brother left portable shower bag in the cockpit to dry 2 days ago, when i noticed it yesterday, i picked it up and noticed a brown water stain on the non skid and nothing i have tried will get it off! i dont know why it left a stain, i have left things to dry on the decks and such before, so what is going on? a reaction with the vinyl bag? was it heated during the day and caused a reaction?? thanks

try vinegar to remove it.....my shower bags stain selves, not my deck--hadnt heard nor seen that phenomenon before.....
