Soliciting Antigua 44 Opinions

Hi, I'm preparing to go look at a 1989 Antigua 44 ketch. My research has clued me into the company lineage, the molds having been purchased from CSY after it folded, etc. Specifically, I've seen these pages (but not much else):

I'm looking for any opinions or info from anyone who has owned or sailed one before.

I searched the forum in advance and found the couple of previous responses from several years ago, but I thought it worth trying in case there were any new thoughts since that time.
