I don't know about "rebates" but there are in the USA there are federal tax credits available if the boat can qualify as a "second home" or a first home if that applies...

There might also be state credits that apply depending on where you and the boat live.

As they say on TV: Talk to your tax advisor.
As I say: Do not trust the internet...

As for "ideas" you have given us nothing at all to go on. What do you want your solar installation to DO?

$200 MONTH! Jeez, I had a 2500 sq foot house that used less than that...

I have 650 Watts of installed solar panels. They make about 3kiloWatt hours per day. That should tell you what you need to know to decide it the cost is worth it.

What does the marina charge you per kW-hr?

What are you running?

Typically boat solar is not grid tie solar. Grid tie is the stuff that will reduce your utility bill.

Boats typically use solar as a battery charger, so if you’re running space heaters you’ll see no drop in your utility bill. Ok, maybe a marginal drop if your battery charger is no longer feeding the refrigerator.
