Sabre 425 Berths and Overall Livability

My wife and I are actively looking for sailboat in the 40 to 45 foot range.

Our (my) dilemna is that I am 6'-3" and have found it a challenge to find a boat with a berth long enough for me to fit in longwise and for both my wife and I to fit together (she is petit, I am built like a defensive end).

We are looking at a few Sabre 425s in the next month and were wondering if anyone can give us an idea of the size of the fore (V) and aft berths?

In our shopping we have found some production boats that will work, Catalina 400, Bene 461, Bene 423 (if we get a marine carpenter to extend the bunk a bit). We love the Tartan 4100 but both berths were too small. We like the feel and quality of the Sabre and hope the berths can work.

Any ideas or comments?
