Wow, I love those legs! I'd like a boat with legs like that. Just up the coast from me (Central Qld Australia) is an area of 9 metre tides. In some places with large areas of shallow, the tide falls faster than you can sail into deeper water so legs would prove useful.

I've heard about the Chesapeake Bay... "If you haven't grounded in the Bay, you haven't sailed the Bay."
