Here are 3 main specialized companies in boat transport in France

Some tricks to know fro the transport:
Not being in a hurry offer great price
If you leave the transporter the choice for the dates, they should offer you down pricing as they will be able to work at low season period or use a return trip where the trailer is normally empty to optimize their schedule, sometimes they put several boats on the trailer as well (instead of doing several trips...), would worth being flexible a bit.
Another thing to know: use well renown and long established companies as the transport is unusual and can present some risks to the boat.
We have been recently aware of a misfortune during transport of a boat from Spain
to France, the boat first "disappeared" for some weeks...and then appeared with the deck
completely "flushed" after trynig to go under a bridge that was obviously...too low.
The boat was a "neo-classic" type of around 50 feet long and you can imagine what happend to its nicely varnished rooves, they have been ripped off...nobody could explain what happend from the transport company...a nightmare for the owner.
