We just bought into a tired F&C 44 Ketch and are currently stripping just about everything out for our DIY refit skills Evangeline needs all new electrics, electronics, drive system (engine and hydraulics!) plumbing etc etc.

We MUST be mad as we are also living aboard and continuing our careers as teachers but Evangeline is so beautiful that she needs bringing back to her condition when launched in Buenos Aries 33 years ago.

Anybody out there with a sister ship?
If we could contact enough owners of her sisters (although only about 50 were ever built I believe) a small owners forum could be fun to set up.

Please let any other similar owners you know who don't frequent Cruisers Forum too please

Whilst CF shows up on Google well (including this thread!) - I would take a "build it and they will come approach" by creating a website for the boat model (not just your own) with a capicity for folks to be able to at least be able to say "Hi, I've got one of those". The forum can come later, if at all............and then let Owners discover you. Could take a year. could take 10!
