Proctor boom part

Hi all

I am a newbie to sailing and a new member of this forum. I have recently took ownership of a Moody 30 1978. However she does need bit of TLC.

I am looking for the attached part, I have searched this forum and asked the Seldon distributors in the UK but no luck.....

Any help in locating this part would be much appreciated.
