Exclamation Practical yacht owner around Oriental NC

Hi guys, bit of a long shot here as I live in Scotland.I am interested in a 35' yacht lying in Oriental NC and would like someone to visit this yacht and give me a verbal condition report.Ideally I would like said person to be a yacht owner and carry out most of there own maintenance and to spent a bit of time on board and then I could talk to them on cellphone and ask various questions whilst thy are still on board.I am happy to cover travel and phone costs either directly to you or via charity of your choice. Thanks John
