PNW project boat deal. 44'

I'm just passing this along. Wish I was younger I would buy this in a minute.
I had the cutter version of one of these Tanton 44's and it was the best mono I ever owned. Basically a 44 ft canoe with a 37 ft waterline! Heavy built too. This one is one of those super deals IF, IF, IF you are up for a project. Original owners are selling. The Perkins is gone but they have a used 50hp yanmar included at $7000 total!
I sold my 44 footer in '98 and it just resold for north of $150k. This whole boat is $7k.

I wish I were younger and was back in Tacoma. It would be a great liveaboard and cruiser for the PNW and the world. Price is extremely reasonable for those on a budget and with the time and skills to rehab it.
