Have you looked into areas which have suffered extreme storm damage, plenty of boats were totaled and their spars might still be available from the salvagers.

I called and spoke the tom beaton , that was 1 of the first phone calls I made ..he told me they did not have anything available for a boat of that size . and he never mentioned that they do any kind of fabrication .
