Does anyone have any information on these boats? Construction etc. I know they are fast but ...........will they hold up?

Briefly raced on one that had been cruised to Mexico. Quite fast especially in light air. Didn't do any open water, downwind work in the boat but handled well in the mostly light wind sailing we did on the boat.

The owner had added a hard dodger, roller furling, and electric windlass and sailed the boat to Mexico from SF with his girlfriend for a season. He seemed happy with the cruise though the girlfriend was no longer in evidence. FWIW, the owner was pushing 80 so not the typical small boat cruiser.

Trying to remember, is that boat a cored hull? Seems there was one for sale up here last year, didnt look too bad; diesel and furling $14k. Disappeared pretty fast....
