Pearson 27.5???

I have a line on getting a very well maintained 1976 Pearson 27.5
It is outboard powered and is tiller driven. My problem is I have been trying to research it online before I go see it and I really cant find info for a 27.5, I have found lots of Pearson 26, 27, and 28s but almost nothing on a 27.5

Does anyone know about this model or is the seller mistaken on what he has. Any help on info you have or where to find info would be greatly appreciated. I'll be happy to take all knowledge about these boats good bad and ugly.
