Painting the Topsides Orange...

I would like to paint the hull above the waterline on my P26. The boat is bright orange but the color is faded in some areas. I was planning on using Interlux Perfection two-part polyurethane until I realized they don't make orange. Epifanes Orange color looks about right, but I really can't tell for sure based on the online color sample.

A few questions...

Any experiences with Epifanes two-part polyurethane paint?

How should I go about checking the color they make against what I have/want?

I watched the video tutorials and I understand the importance of preparation, but are there any other challenges I will face doing this myself? The temperature will probably be toward the low end of the acceptable range since I'll be doing it in early April in NYC.

What is the best way to protect the stripe and logos so that I paint only the orange?

Any tips are much appreciated!

Can't answer your other questions but you should remove your stripes/lettering as part of the prep. You will need to redo those.

can tell without seeing her...but have a body shop painter check her up...ther are other options beside new paint...sometimes its just a simple mater of buffing with the right compond to restor old paint.
