I read a post a while back about a boat at a marina blowing of it's perch and into another.....I have my Tanzer 28 in my yard with it's mast up and tarped. Power lines all around on a heavy solid cradle. Do I have any worries of it blowing over? No wind breaks at all. Maybe I just worry too much.....but my mast into power-lines ohhhh the thought of it...that boat that blew-over may have been on stands that sunk into soft earth.
There is always a chance. Many yards simply won't allow it because of the possibility. Add in a loose fitted tarp and the chance still exists.
I feel like a solid cradle would be safer than stands though...
I have a solid wooden cradle and an additional 6 stands to tighten everything up once she has been placed in the cradle. She will shimmy when the wind gets above 100 km but hasn't moved in 4 years. We have had winds above 150 km with this arrangement.

Thanks...I couldn't sleep a few nights ago when the wind got up, so spent the morning makin' it a little safer... Tied the mast base to the nearest tree to starboard and moved a skid of sandbags to the port, and tied off. Even ran a 16 foot 6x6 timber under the cradle and chained it down. Now we have to pull up two trees/drag 2 tonnes of sand....I never sleep good when I have to worry about my girls.....
If the boat is properly supported and held down, there is only a very remote risk. In very heavy wind (somewhere beyond storm force) your rig is more likely to disintegrate before it topples the boat.
Our yacht club recently had an issue with both mast up and mast down boats being blown over in a storm. The storm itself was rated as an F1 tornado. One boat, a J24, was picked up and tossed 20-30 feet.
Assuming you have full insurance and the yard didn't warn you against it...relax. The issue in the other thread was the guy didn't have full coverage, so now he has to try and get someone else to cover it.
It sounds like you are solidy supported, so the risk is minimal.
