I've been looking for a Westsail 32, for some years now, in good to excellent condition, this one appears to be in the very good category, with no teak decks and outfitted well at a certain price point, I believe I've finally found her, My offer has been accepted, survey scheduled to be done in a couple of days, if I don't get any major surprises, and I don't expect any, she'll be mine, if all goes well, and the sale is completed, I'll post photos and specs

Congratulations. I hope the survey is thorough yet finds no surprises. Of course the reality of boat ownership is there are always "surprises" that need to be fixed. You just convince yourself that its all part of the fun.

Okay, pulled the trigger, the survey was as I expected, the surveyor was very surprised at the condition of this boat after I had told him it is a 1972 Westsail 32, I'll get some pics up for those that are interested, a couple of things, she has a 38 HP Beta Marine Engine with 270 Hrs, Kiwi Grip Non Skid, everything inside and out is in excellent shape, very well outfitted, great knowledgeable owners that really cared about upkeep, upgrade, and being meticulous, good taste, I'm thrilled, one step closer to doing what I have been wanting to do for a long time, glad I had the patience that is sometimes required in an endeavor like this.
