Nor'sea 27 "Ladyship"

I was curious if anyone here has seen this boat listed in Georgia.
1992 Nor'Sea 27 Sail Boat For Sale - www.yachtworld.com

I did some looking around and found this site with a few pictures when she looked to be more in her prime.

Currently listed at $68,900 and I saw somewhere she was previously listed at $7k more.

I'm still looking around for my first boat and looking at this as one of my crazy moments when thinking of cost. She does look nice but needs a little work with bottom job and exterior teak getting a bit worn down since it's been sitting un-used since 2008 (according to the listing).

I'm looking to see if anyone has seen her in person and have opinions of her.
Thanks.

I haven't seen the boat but if this is your first sailboat I'd be more concerned about replacing 20 year old standing rigging and whatever problems there might be with an engine that hadn't been used for four years. Hopefully varmints and weather haven't attacked the sails.
Cosmetics could be the least of your worries.

I was just thinking of the engine too. Didn't think of the critters aspect. Maybe better to lean towards the least expensive boats I'm considering.

Nor'Seas are good boats. What makes them worth(?) the 70k is that you can readily put
them on a trailer. Some people really need the trailer aspect . If you don't you could do so much better for the 70k. I have been on a Nor' Sea, there is little room down below, it also has a narrow beam. However they look right. But 70k ? That really puts you in a different class, and I mean for the better.
