New to Morgan 51

Just bought a well used Morgan 51 built in '80..Getting ready for cruise from Miami via Bahamas and Virgins all the way to Port of Spain. On the first eastward leg what speed speed can I expect to make under power. I expect that we will have to do a lot of motoring against both wind and current.
We have a Perkins 6 354 which is supposed to produce 130 hp. Also what kind of speed can i expect close hauled when the wind allows heading east and south east.

Also what is fuel consumption rate at 1800-2100 rpm. I have been told that somewhere in that range is best for extended cruising.
