NEW Member - Islander 32-2

Greetings and Happy New Year!

I am a new member to this group.
I have owned several sailboats, Including a Hunter 31' and an O'Day 28'

I now own a REAL BARN FIND!
an Islander 32-2, 1977. This boat sat for SIXTEEN years untouched, except for engine maintenance and bottom cleaning!
she has a 1993 Yanmar 3gm30f, with less than 150 hours!
NEW main sail used once. ALL sails and canvas stored in a warehouse!
we are completely re-doing her, and have motored about a few times in the intercostal. We are having the rig inspected and tuned this week.

I know there are a few Islander 32's around and would live to be able to ask model specific questions, and learn from suggestions --

cheers,
S/V Mocha
