Right now the second-hand market in Greece is in collapse, so I'd advise you to check the pages that follow and possibly take a trip down to Greece in the summer to check for yourself (The Ionian Islands have many marinas full of boats up for sale).

My theory is that you can practically buy anything for 50k right now .

Thank you very much. I will probably try in Greece too, even they have a lot of ex-charters to sell with engines with many thousands of hours .

Coronado turned into catalina, which is another very good reason not to buy a catalina. There is a coronado 27 to 30ft in my marina with a delaminated cracked keel from where it attaches to the boat. Scary thing to look at. Real piece of garbage.
