Need info on Tartan 34 and Irwin Citation 34

Since my 26 Westerly was wrecked and paid out I have decided on a new old boat and these 2 models are in my price range. If you own one or have I could use any info or advice you could give on these boats. I will be cruising the Florida coast, Bahamas, and maybe Us East Coast and Caribbean. Shoal draft is important as my Westerly had 3 foot so I do not want over 4.5. Since I remodeled everything on my boat I feel comfortable fixing anything that needs an upgrade.
