motor sailers/ deck saloons

I am new to posting on the forum but have appreciated the advice and expertise I have seen here.
I am trying to decide what boat to buy for relaxed cruising with limited crew and family/friends.
I am considering three motor sailers/deck saloons and would welcome comments and advice:-
Beneteau Evasion 37
Pearson 365 pilothouse
Cheoy Lee 43 Motorsailer

As I am based in Europe I have not so far been able to view either of the last two. If anyone is aware of any examples for sale in Fort Lauderdale this would be helpful as I am visiting there shortly.
Thank you in advance

Howdy and Ahoy! And welcome aboard CF!

I like pilothouse boats too.

A little more info will help others help you with more focused comments.

You wrote you are based in Europe. Where do you intend to sail or cruise your boat? Are you looking in Florida in order to cruise Florida and Caribbean or Bahamas? Or elsewhere (sailing in Med, North Sea)?

Do you intend to sail the boat back to Europe?

What is your Maximum Asking Price you will consider (highest asking price)?
Any preferences on age of boat?
Ahoy All Sailors! Need experienced crew for a passage or delivery in Atlantic, Pacific, Caribbean, Med, PNW, ICW, coastal or across an ocean anytime in 2018 or 2019? I am available on 24hr notice. See my CF Profile "About Me" page for detailed CV. Happy to lend a hand!
