Morgan out island 49ft ketch

I have done a bit of research, and I find almost nothing about this boat. Anyone out there have any information? I have found one in excellent condition for an unbeatable price.

Any information or links are extremely appreciated!!!

Sailboatdata.com lists only six of the Morgan Out Islands built starting in 1976. I think researching the features of the Morgan Out Island 51, with many more built, would give you comparable and reliable information.
