Morgan OI 28 - What is it worth?

I have recently purchased an O'Day 32 and will have lots of questions about that as we go through some refitting. My immediate need is to sell our Morgan Out Island 28 to make room at the club for our new boat. I have done a bit of searching on the Internet for pricing and have found that asking prices are all over the place. I have found a current listing for $6K and another for over $16K. The boat is pretty much original on the interior, but in really nice shape. It has a Volvo Diesel that runs great. The main is good as is the hank on genoa. It has an old Schaefer wire-luff furling jib that could stand to be updated. Overall the systems work great, she's in really nice shape and sails well. I'd like to price her for a quick sale. Does anyone have any idea what she is really worth?
