I have an 82 M 321. (My experience with this boat is on inland waters.) With steady winds it is easy to balance the sails, and she tracks well with only a light hand on the helm. Her biggest negative is the way she handles under power: She is especially difficult to handle in close quarters and has a nasty turn to port when in reverse. Duke
Some of the other things I have thought of:
The V-berth seems short and has a low overhead.
The anchor locker drains inside the boat.
The Q-berth is difficult to get into / out of.
Lots of storage.
Built like a tank. Very solid.
Hope this helps.
