Mariner 39 to refit

Hello the community,

I've bought a Mariner 39 to refit, a fortnight ago in Panama....The Original Perkin 4108 is bloqued at 1450 hours, the deck is not waterproof and the mast should be changed....

On the other way, she has not sailed a lot since 1983, there's a lot of brand new material on board and all tools you could need.........

I have to sell she, because I'm french and I've discovered a little bit late, that it would be an administrative nightmare and a loss of money to try to get the CE certificate....Then I'm looking for a canadian resident, who could benefit of that bargain ...the boat get a canadian flag and a number of registration ...for 10 000 Canadian dollars!
