Manual Horizontal Windlass Stripper Arm Replacement

1971 Catalina 27- Question on the manual Windlass

I have seem to have lost my stripper arm that goes vertically into the gypsy, now my anchor chain gets sucked into the gypsy and tangled. Any ideas for a cheap replacement from a local hardware store, or possibly something online? Thank you
