Can anyone tell me what the pumping capacity is of the manual bilge pump on an Oceanis 45 2013 model?

That is entirely dependent upon how frightened the person doing the pumping is! If it is the typical Plastimo pump, it will throw 1 liter per cycle and, in theory, can discharge 40 liters per minute depending upon the endurance of the person doing the pumping.

Yep, when I see manual pumps specified as 10 gpm of 20 gpm, I often wonder how the manufacturer arrived at that number.

If its Plastimo, its usual capacity is ZERO liters/min. Replace it with a real pump.
