Make of Boat

There is a 44 ft ketch on ebay but they dont know who made it ..The Id Number starts with He##### would this be a Hinkley or what?

According to the USGC data base it is a HIERS O/B SERVICE P O BOX 412 NEW ELLENTON SC

likely a small builder there were many in the 70's and this is a 1977 build

That Countess is a pretty early example of fiberglass boats I guess. Wonder if the deck is solid glass or cored?
