Looking for Some Info About 1975 Eric Goetz IOR 34-Footer

I have found a boat locally that Im hoping you guys can fill me in on.Its an Eric Goetz built IOR 34ft built in 1975.I've been doing some research and have read some good and bad about the older IOR designs but haven't been able to find any info about the build quality,sailing characteristics or first hand info from anyone that owns one.The particular boat Im considering is hull #3.
Anyone here able to shed some light or share their opinions of the older IOR designs and older Goetz boats in general?

Go over to SAILING ANARCHY and there is a thread full of pics of old IOR boats and some the Eric built. It's a long thread but a darn good trip down memory lane. The Goertz boats are near the end of the thread.

I think the thread is called "Some of my old sailing photos" or some thing like that.
