Looking for Sailing Leasons

Hi, I'm preparing to take a Catalina 30 down the east coast this upcoming season, New York to Florida. I have good experience working on vessels this large but none with sails (fishing boats in Alaska). I'll be flying into Florida after the holidays and I was looking for someone on the treasure coast Cape Canaveral to Miami, that would be willing to take me sailing and teach me a few thing. I'm a very competent person so I pick up on things quickly, so I'm sure I'll pull my weight. I'm a little tight right know getting ready for my trip, but I do have Scallops, shrimp, oysters, king crab ..... from alaska to Trade for good sailing experience.
