Like the look of the boat, and as long as all are reasonable, then would like to make a deal. You had actually posted to a past potential buyer of my Tartan 4400, that was doing the same, almost 2 years ago. He had a Sabre
34, and wanted 30-40k over market claiming to be perfect, and wanted me to take a haircut on my Tartan. After inspecting his Sabre
34', it was average at best, and he moved to an older Hylas
46 in Florida
. Nice guy but unrealistic with values, and I think his budget
would have been stretched otherwise. Guess that is why brokers are where most the boats are sold.
