Looking for feedback on 84 40' Offshore CC

Hello all. I'm looking for any info on an '84 40' Offshore center cockpit, if anyone has some knowledge/experience with that model. Things like how well it's designed, how solidly constructed, whether or not it would actually be suitable for offshore use, how well they sail(PHRF?), etc. It's on yachtworld at the moment, and the broker does a good job of making it sound wonderful, but I'd like to get some feedback on it's basic qualities.
