like the boat but not the bottom

Check out the bottom of this boat, what do you think is wrong with it?

Oh that's what's wrong with the bottom...It sank, that's why I can't see it :-)

i went to your pix-- you really need to post em in your posting you want folks to see it.... looks like sagging paint. grossly sagging paint--put on too heavily at one time instead of nicely painted coats.
try scratching one of the lil mounds to verify.

Also looks like power wash marks! If you look at 2nd pic the hull in back has similar marking, which show power wash trail! I had the same on my hull after wash.
