Late '90s Oceanis 351 - Thoughts?

I am looking at a variety of sailboats in the 32-35' range. Over the weekend a broker showed me an Oceanis 351 (96). Reflecting on it, my significant other and I thought it was nice, but would it need some external work (a minor crack in the gel coat, teak cleanup, etc.) but nothing major visually. The hull looked sound, and I saw no blistering.

I would be interested in personal experience with this boat. It will be used as a long weekend cruiser, for a family of 4. We are comparing it with Catalina 320 and 34 mkII, as well as other Beneteau models.

I don't have personal experience with the 35 but we have a 2001 393 and the damn thing refuses to sink

we have a 343 2008 and it's fine bearing in mind that it's a mass production boat. as this one is new we have had some small things breaking off but in generally they are fine for the money.
