Any opinions would be appreciated. This is a late model offering. Thanks.

Very nice boats and quick. Not crazy about the layout for passaging but folks do it with the boat all the time.

Opinion... DAMN nice boat! I've been aboard them at boat shows. The one I happened to board in Newport, RI had arrived transatlantic earlier that year.

They seem up to the task of extended cruising and passage making in STYLE!

My wife and I crawled all over the 54DS at the Annapolis boat show last October. VERY nice boat! The overall fit and finish is fantastic and the systems installations are very well thought out. Some of the means of accessing stuff for maintenance is creative and effective, clearly lots of engineering thought went into it.

The lack of hand holds and such inside was a bit glaring but that could be added.

Everything I have read says they sure sail nice and are robust enough for long range cruising if thats what you want. They also seem very well priced for what they offer. I wish I could afford one!

Thanks for the opinions. To all the Down Under guys, do you see many in your waters that SAILED there, as opposed to being shipped into the French Islands?
