Irwin 25 Restoration

I am restoring a 25 Iwin and considering seperating the deck and interliner (overhead of the cabin) because there doesn't seem to be any support between the two. All deck hardware are screwed in not thru bolted and that is a concern. Has anyone seen what is between the deck and liner. Any information is appreciated.

I didn't get any replies to my inquiry about what is between the deck and inter linner of my Irwin, now I have taken a lot of screws out and they seem to be never ending. If anyone has followed this course any heads up is appreciated.
