Greetings and welcome aboard widget.

Why full keel?
Do 2 cabins = 1 salon/galley + 1 berth;
or
2 berths (sleeping quarters) + salon/galley?
Do you mean (teak) desks or decks? (I like teak furniture)

I do not think the full keel is that important...
we want to closed cabins one for guests and the teak outside decks are too much work.............what do you think of a bayfield 36

The Bayfield 36 is a 3-Cabin, 2-Stateroom/Berth boat, with a long keel (/w “Brewer bite"), and a lot of topside teak trim.

Tartan TOCK.

Keel is fin with a skeg hung rudder (good).

Aft 'cabin' is actually the open space below the aft deck. It can be closed off from the main cabin by curtains or folding doors, but makes excellent accessible storage for when you don't have guests.

Boat has a serious case of the ugs, though.

The bayfield should be great. Should be a lot of options for $90k. If you are the type to beat to weather for hours, traveling 40% further over ground to reach a destination, then get a fin keel. If you are the type to start the iron reacher, charge the batteries and motor sail once you're down to 4 knots, then full keel is great, generally tracks better, can take a grounding better etc.
