Hunter Passage Forward Head Shower

Quick question. I am in the process of buying a '92 Hunter 42 Passage and the surveyor told me that he turned on the forward shower only to hear water but not to see any come out of the shower head. He lifted the shower fixture and up came the disconnected end of the shower hose. Can anyone advise the best way to access the shower fitting to reconnect the hose? Surveyor told me it is not intuitively obvious as to where the access might be. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum Old Sailor.....I'm not at all familiar with that boat, but a good photo may help sus it out.
Seems odd not to be easily changed out since shower hoses go bad all the time.
