Hunter Cherubini Hull Id Needed

Yes you read it right, partly. I have a USCG documented 79 Hunter Cherubini 33. As you can see from my photo the transom was damaged where the # would probably be. Coast guard says okay unless its stolen from me. Therefore I am asking if anyone can post pics of their hull #s so I can see exactly where to put the number, the morphology of letters used, and what its engraved on. This will greatly help me in replicating this very important piece of my boat in my repairs. Any Cherubini hull #s from any size or year appreciated.

Excellent link. However, it states that pre 80 boats (mines a 79) have the # in 2 places. Have not found that to be true after reading many posts. I reserve the right to be wrong but where is the second number located? Pic of original hull # would still be appreciated.

My 1975 30foot did not have one,previous owner had a letter from factory that had new numbers,that said to put them on the starboard upper transom

Thanks for the reply. Coast guard said same but use old numbers. Hoping for a pic so I can make the numbers same type as the original.
