Took my friend and I 4 hours to find the water
heater on his newly acquired used Bene 38, they really used their imagination when they installed it. I won't even go into finding one of the batteries.
This was a French built, American commissioned model, it has some weird quirks and information was sketchy. Trying to get the draft depth
based on the serial
number was impossible prior to purchasing
and since it was in the water
he actually had to put on a mask and snorkel to find out.
Sooooo, I don't find it so far fetched that someone might be asking about a generator on a boat they've only seen a short time.
The factory doesn't always have the exact answers.
