Hunter 25.5 Pop Top - water logged

Hi everyone, anyone familiar with a Hunter 25.5 pot top, please comment. Mine weighs 85# without the hatch cover - 100# with the sliding cover. It is/was waterlogged (a couple gallons came out from a hole I drilled on the underside).

I have taken the rails off and have it in my garage for the winter - so has a number of holes from the rails and drilled more to release water, but it is not getting lighter very fast and it's been in there since October (writing this in mid-January 2016). I saw a post saying alcohol may help dry out, how? Other options? Does anyone know how much it weighed new??

Your garage could be humid which could limit how fast it is drying out. You might want to consider putting it in a smaller room with a dehumidifier.
