How do I know if my rig is a Bergstrom ?

Hi all, I have a two spreader swept (27º)no back stay no baby, I´ve read somewhere that these rigs have diagonals shrouds between the spreaders, well , mine it doesn't. Can you send me some tips for tuning it? does it need extra tension because of the lack of backstay? where can I read some tips? Thanks all!

Go to Selden mast web page and download their hints and advises manual. It has all the info that you leed for a B&R rig and every other rig. Between all the rig configuraciones that i have seen, the B&R is the one that uses more tension. That much, that it needs to be adjusted while sailing, so the lee side is "loose", but even like this, it's difficult! Hope this helps!
