Hours Wasted

just checking myself to see how many hours others have wasted scouring the pages of yachtworld
a great site, but it sucks you in!

maybe we could file for some class action suit for time lost and vision damage from gazing at LCD screens...

the mission started off as a search for a steel hull pilothouse cutter in the 37-45' range.... how did I get here? junk rigged commercial fishing schooner's and 60's SS racing sloops...

I suppose there are worse ways to waste a day...

Re: Hours Wasted

I spent 2 hours last night look for $2,000,000+ trawlers to buy when I hit the lottery one day. One should know what one would do if they come upon heaps of money....

Re: Hours Wasted

my wife and i have a date night we do every now and then...
whenever the lotto gets over 100 million, we buy $5 dollars worth of tickets and then head down to the book store for a copy of the robb report and the dupont registry... the rest of the evening is spent imagining and planning for how our 50+ million (after taxes of course) should be spent...

Re: Hours Wasted

Wasted? I spent half my fortune on wine women and song. Then "wasted" the rest!!

But I am hearing you. Boat porn dot com aka yachtworld is very addictive.

Ever notice the boat you want is just out of budget? I reckon that if I had a spare Million, I would think the boat at 1.2 million would be the perfect one. I have to lower my standards. As a single man, I can do that on friday night, but have trouble doing it with boats.

Welcome to the forum

Have I got a deal for you!
When you're holding that winning ticket, bring it over to me. I'll claim it and hand it over to you for 10%
I'm not a citizen/tax payer in your country, and lottery winnings are tax free in Australia.
Then we can BOTH go shopping
