Hinckley 40 OC - Opinions Please

Going to take a look at one tomorrow.... Needs sails, rigging and electronics... Total refit in 1997.... Any thoughts on her - I understand its not a "real" Hinckley - but it has very nice lines and could be an interesting project....

We are looking for a classic costal cruiser with shoal draft for occasional runs to Florida Keys and Bahamas..
