There might be too many boats named "Whisper" but I really like it.
Good luck.

Thumbs up The Enola Gay

One more vote for kokomo, GREAT song...

Some time ago I had a fantasy about naming my future boat "The Enola Gay" and I think that that's a good name... specially if you have a big boat

I would use the Vigors Interdenominational Denaming/naming ceremony even if you think its BS. I renamed "Gypsy", was "Blew By You" and it had to be changed fast. Well within a month I had to replace the engine and then replace the head gasket on the brand new engine plus many other problems that probably would have happened anyway. But seven grand latter and a few months worth of work I went through the ceremony and two decent bottles of bubbly(one for the boat one for me). The problems are gone and I get to actually do some sailing.
Just do it.

You'd almost be obligated to name your tender "Little Boy".

Great conversation starter, that.

it's a Hunter? Name it "Gatherer." Then it will be a Hunter Gatherer.
