Flare Regulations
I was wondering if anyone knew the rules for Flares in Canadian waters. ( How many, what type, etc) The boat i am wondering about LOA is 35'. I need to know what type, and how many I would need. Any help would be apreciated.

Vessels over 8m (25.5') but not over 12m (38.5') are required to have 12 Canadian approved flares of Type A, B, C, or D (not more than 6 can be Class D).
