Feedback RE Pearson 390 CC Keel/Cbrd Sloop
Can anyone give me some feedback, based upon personal knowledge/experience, regarding the Pearson 390 CC keel/centerboard sloop (vintage 1972/1973)?

I'm seriously considering this boat for extended near-shore (eastern seaboard) and off-shore (Bahamas/Caribbean) live-aboard cruising; I've found one that is reasonable well-equipped and which the owner has done some necessary refitting (e.g., 1990 engine, 2005 standing rigging, etc.).

Any insight, comments, or advice, negative or positive, would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!
