I love the fisher 25 we have. sailed from Wales to all the way up to Outer Hebrides. They handle sea pretty well. We had 2 mtr seas off Ardnamurchan on the beam and she was fine.

Big ones are very expensive.

We chose 25 over 30 because of bigger cockpit in '25.

So, now in this thread we have had a fisher 34 motor sailor doing 10 knots cocmfortably (ohhh, that was SOG with a big current, didn't mention that) and this old rival doing 80 degree tacks (ohhh, that was estimated from a briefly observed compass reading, didn't mention that)...

Guys, these fantastic claims don't do your reputation much good, nor that of the boats in question. Performance claims should be researched a bit better before publishing IMO. Factual data is of interest to everyone, imaginary data is only confusing the issues.
